Lifeline

Life is unpredictable. An unexpected fall or medical emergency can happen at any time, leaving your loved one without the help they need when minutes count

Lifeline significantly reduces the risk of living alone so an individual can continue to live safely and independently in the comfort of their own home. During a personal emergency, with a simple press of the small waterproof “Help” button or an automated “fall detected” signal from the “AutoAlert” button, your loved one will get the help they need from professionally trained monitors specifically dedicated to respond to Lifeline emergency calls – even if they can’t speak.

Using the latest technology, this much needed service provides seniors, the medically at risk, or those who simply want a “sense of security” the comfort of knowing that help is always available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Providence Lifeline is a non-profit Providence Health Care program offering the full range of Philips Lifeline's monitoring services and equipment.  Providence Lifeline has provided personal emergency response services to thousands of subscribers in the Vancouver, Richmond, North Vancouver and West Vancouver communities for more than 20 years.

It is quick and easy to have the Lifeline service set up in the home or have your questions answered by speaking to any of our friendly office staff at 604-872-5433.
